LEGO Fortnite: How to get Malachite
To get Malachite in LEGO Fortnite, you’ll have to head to the snow-filled biome, also known as the Frostlands. But before you can start mining this rare metal, you’ll need an Epic Pickaxe which requires eight Obsidian Slabs and five Frostpine Rods to be crafted. Malachite itself is a green stone and its deposits are located on the cliffs and ledges of icy mountains.
Heading to these areas is sure to hit players with plenty of freeze damage so make sure to stock up on consumables like Spicy Pepper. Climbing the snowy ledges is far from easy, so you’ll have to craft stairs to actually reach the Malachite deposits. Thankfully, most deposits provide 7 Malachites, making your trek worth the effort.
The rare metal can be used to craft Malachite slabs that are required to upgrade your village among other things.
