With Carnage already in the game, Fortnite has received another Venom skin to tie in with the Let There Be Carnage movie.

Between the current season’s sci-fi horror tone and the release of the upcoming Venom movie sequel, Let There Be Carnage, it’s no surprise that Fortnite added the titular villain himself as an unlockable skin.

While Venom was already in Fortnite courtesy of the Marvel themed Season 4 earlier this year, Epic Games and Marvel clearly think one of him isn’t enough and have now added a second Venom skin to the in-game item shop.

What makes this skin different to the first one is that it’s technically an Eddie Brock skin, specifically the Eddie Brock portrayed by Tom Hardy in the Venom movies. He can transform into his symbiote partner by using the built-in Venom Unleashed emote.

In an announcement post on the official website, Epic Games explains that you can switch back forth between Eddie and Venom whenever you fancy, and you can choose to start matches as Venom if you prefer.

This skin is currently going for 2,000 V-Bucks and comes bundled with a Symbiote Pickaxe. There are a couple of additional Venom cosmetics as well being sold separately: the Symbiote skydiving trail for 400 V-Bucks and the Symbiotic Sail Glider for 800 V-Bucks.

If you have at least 2,800 V-Bucks, you may as well purchase the Venom bundle. It not only comes with the Eddie skin and the aforementioned cosmetics, but also the first Venom skin and all the returning Venom related cosmetics. This bundle will be sold at a discount if you already own some of the items included.

Surprisingly, there is still no sign of a Spider-Man skin, despite two of his greatest enemies getting into Fortnite. Epic Games certainly has an opportunity to include him soon since the new Spider-Man movie, No Way Home, is coming out this December.

At the very least, you can probably expect at least a couple more crossover characters to appear throughout the current season. There have been rumours that manga/anime hero Naruto will be included, as well as Lady Gaga.

Fortnite is available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
