Epic Games have officially announced the replacement for Fortnite Winterfest 2020 with the Frosty Frenzy Trios Fortnite tournament.
We’ve had Fortnite Winterfest tournament cups for the last two years. The first one was announced in November 2018 whilst the second one, Fortnite Winterfest 2019, was announced in December.
The last Winterfest event had a $15M prize pool split over three days with EU having the better split of the money. Yesterday, Epic Games put out a tweet announcing the Frosty Frenzy Fortnite tournament cup.
The tweet mentioned the start date, December 12th-13th, along with mentioning the tournament will be played in trios. There was no information regarding the prize pool, the start times, or score system. However, they’ve now officially announced all the details you need to know for the Frosty Frenzy Fortnite tournament.
